Airlines: paper ticketing grounded
February 25, 2007
DetroitNews: Northwest and other carriers say they plan by year's end to eliminate paper tickets in favor of computer-generated e-tickets. Already, Northwest charges $50 for a hard-copy ticket, to discourage those who cling to the old practice.
