Airline passengers looking for self-service

The Financial Express: The International Air Transport Association has released a report that shows not only are passengers accepting high-tech travel options, but they are demanding even more opportunities to take control of their travel experiences. According to the association, in its annual Corporate Air Travel Survey of more than 10,000 active travelers, 89 percent of travelers prefer e-tickets to paper tickets, 56 percent have used Internet check-in, and 69 percent have used self-service kiosks.
