HOUSTON - Affordable Telecommunications Technology Corp. (OTCBB:ATTP) has hitched Kiosk Web Access to its trailer, completing the acquisition of the Internet kiosk provider, best known for installing kiosks at the Grand Canyon, on Sept. 25.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Kiosk Web Access has 20 of its Internet public access terminals, which were manufactured by InfoTouch Technologies Corp. (Vancouver:IFT), installed at locations in Arizona, California, and Utah. Affordable signed a letter of intent to acquire Kiosk Web Access on July 13.
"The acquisition of Kiosk Web Access provides Affordable numerous opportunities to grow revenues throughout our nation's most popular resort and vacation spots," Steve Bethke, Affordable president and chief executive officer, said in a news release.
