AdventHealth partners with ABCCM to deploy veteran healthcare kiosk

AdventHealth Hendersonville has partnered with Asheville Buncombe Community Christian Ministry to deploy a self-service kiosk at the hospital to provide healthcare and other resources for veterans in North Carolina. This kiosk connects to the NCServes network, a care system for veterans, according to a press release.
With the kiosk, veterans can submit requests for multiple human services such as mental health, transportation, housing, employment, veteran benefits and other needs. The kiosk is at the AdventHealth Hendersonville Emergency Department entrance and is accessible 24/7.

"This partnership with ABCCM and NCServes allows us to extend our mission in a meaningful way, making it easier for Veterans and military families to find the support they need, right here in our community. By bringing this innovative kiosk to our Hendersonville campus, we're opening new doors to care, connection and hope. I am grateful for the dedication of our team and our partners, who share our vision of whole-person care and who work tirelessly to ensure that every individual who has served our country feels valued and supported."
