ActiveLight shines in reseller survey ranking

SEATTLE, Wash. -- Plasma display and LCD flat-panel monitor distributor ActiveLight, Inc. landed atop the rankings of similar distributors in a survey done by Pacific Media Associates (PMA).

According to a release, in the survey, audio-visual resellers were asked to rate their key large-screen distributor on product selection, availability, marketing support and after-sale support.

PMA's research showed ActiveLight scored first or tied for first in seven of 11 categories for distributors. Among distributors with 10 or more dealer responses, ActiveLight took top honors for sales incentive programs, bid assistance, capable reseller reps, on-time delivery, and Web-based service support. Other distributors involved in the study include Electrograph, Ingram Micro, Stampede, Tech Data, PWS and Visual Solutions.

"We have come from start-up to number one in our industry in just five years, and it's all because of our relentless focus on customer service and the satisfaction of our resellers," Activelight, Inc. president Brad Gleeson said in a release.

ActiveLight distributes Panasonic, Pioneer and other plasma displays, multiple-display image servers, specialized broadcast-display software and interface electronics for the large-format display network industry.
