Active8 Software unveils self-service kiosk

Active8 Software, a point-of-sale software provider, has unveiled its self-service kiosk for the family entertainment industry. It delivers ticket purchases, check-in and ticket assignments, according to a press release.

Greg Spittle, CEO of Active8 Software, noted how birthday party check-ins can help reduce wait time and improve customer satisfaction at family entertainment centers.

"Our kiosk is designed as an all-in-one solution that completes the entire workflow," Spittle said in the release. "We not only automated ticket purchasing and ticket assignments, but we also added a seamless birthday party check-in process that can be completed by the guest at the kiosk."
