Design Capability
The strategic combination of design and manufacture creates an exceptional resource offering significant advantages not otherwise provided by information technology manufacturers. Neo can work with your staff in developing interactive terminals that exactly suit your organisation's requirements, and even extend that design capability to the layout and décor of the environment in which the units are to be deployed.
With a number of industrial, electronic and creative designers on staff, Neo can ensure that all aspects of product design, development and manufacture are addressed in a thoroughly professional manner. The advantage of this is that our interactive terminals are manufactured incorporating all aspects of design quality, attractiveness, ergonomic appropriateness, safety, robustness, ease of maintenance and use, and value for money.
Manufacturing Capacity
Neo has facilities in Melbourne, Australia and Birmingham, England structured to produce low to high volumes of finished, fully packaged products to the highest international standards. With more than 50,000 square feet of total capacity, we can produce more than 100 kiosks per day.
A dedicated staging facility has also been installed which enables kiosks to be allocated to specific venues, network tested and configured before despatch, and then packed for shipment as a total venue. This system has been successfully used for a wide range of kiosk projects.
