NeoProducts Pty. Ltdis a world leader in touchscreen, public access terminals, or kiosks. Since commencing operation in 1987, it has become one of the world's largest manufacturers in this industry, with more than 25,000 touchscreen kiosks sold to date.

Neo is unique in that it is dedicated to touchscreen based products and its skills encompass capabilities in industrial design, product development, product manufacturing, and staging services; each of which is offered as a commercial service to both integrators and end-user customers alike. Working closely with local and multinational clients, Neo designs, develops and supplies products for diverse markets worldwide.

The Neo Group was established in 1987 and quickly became known as one of Australia's most vigorous and innovative industrial design consultancies; a reputation based on our relentless pursuit of service and excellence in every sphere of operation.

The Neo Group established a manufacturing arm in 1989 to produce low to high volumes of finished, fully packaged products to the highest international standards.

In 1994, the Neo Group's Quality Management System was accredited by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance to international standard ISO 9001: 1994.

In 1998, NeoProducts' began focusing on overseas markets and has now established a growing number of customers in Asia, Europe and North America. The company has recently established an office in the United Kingdom and has distributors in all major regions around the world.

Manufacturing Capacity

Neo has facilities in Melbourne, Australia and Birmingham, England structured to produce low to high volumes of finished, fully packaged products to the highest international standards. With more than 50,000 square feet of total capacity, we can produce more than 100 kiosks per day.

A dedicated staging facility has also been installed which enables kiosks to be allocated to specific venues, network tested and configured before despatch, and then packed for shipment as a total venue. This system has been successfully used for a wide range of kiosk projects.

Diplomat

Designed with space consciousness in mind, the Diplomat offers functionality to suit most touchscreen applications within an elegant, slimline housing. Ideal for a range of applications, the Diplomat offers A4 printing capability, magnetic/smart card reader and remote monitoring facility.

Flare

The Flare is a compact and elegant kiosk designed to complement the quality conscious corporate image. This is an ideal product for foyer, retail and trade show presentation requirements.

K15

Designed to offer considerable flexibility in an attractive, robust housing, the K15 addresses a wide range of information and transaction processing requirements. It is designed to international safety and ergonomic standards to ensure trouble free operation over many years of effective use.

Desktop Kiosk

The Desktop Kiosk is a self contained LCD touch monitor computing system. It can be desk or wall mounted and is ideally suited for retail and light industrial applications. It features powerful Pentium processing capabilities, is Windows compatible and boasts impressive I/O facilities.

K17

Offering exceptional flexibility in an attractive, highly visible housing, the K17 addresses a wide range of information and retail specific applications. Constructed of MDF timber, the K17 is designed to deliver maximum uptime over many years of continuous use.

Wave

Housed in a secure steel enclosure, the Wave offers an exceptional variety of options in a stylish, integrated package. Ideal for high traffic locations, the Wave can be supplied with a flat bed scanner, up to three different printers, magnetic/smartcard reader, touch monitor, EFT PIN pad and keyboard.

Chameleon

Designed to incorporate leading-edge customer interface devices whilst maintaining a striking appearance, the Chameleon offers a range of options including receipt printer, PIN pad, keyboard and capacitive mouse, magnetic/smartcard reader, ruggedised telephone handset, bill acceptor and wide angled web camera.
