ABC Kiosks named Best Application Serving the Public

Library Journal: Brooklyn Public Library's (BPL) Access Brooklyn Card (ABC) and ABC Services Kiosks were awarded the 2004 Excellence in Technology Award for Best Application Serving the Public by New York City's Department of Information Technology and Communication.

BPL said that patrons can go to one of nearly 70 self-service ABC kiosks to access their library account information, pay overdue balances, reserve time on computers, and add value to their library debit card.
