AAEON launches new display monitors for kiosks

TAIPEI-HSINTIEN, Taiwan -- AAEON has introduced a new industrial display monitor, the OPD-217A, designed for kiosk providers who want custom-configured designs.

The monitors feature stainless steel open-frame architecture, on-screen display (OSD) for display adjustment, selectable RGB and composite video AV, provision for 75/100mm VESA arm mounting and resistive touchscreen, according to a company news release.

The OPD-217A has a display quality of up to 1280 x 1024 resolution at a depth of 16 million colors. Strengthened glass protects the front panel, according to the release. The monitor is available with a rack-mount aluminum front bezel and open frame front panel.
