20th Century Fox, Warner ask for dismissal of redbox suits

Over the Christmas week both 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment and Warner Home Video filed requests in federal court for dismissal of redbox's suits against, according to Home Media magazine.

 

The Coinstar-owned redbox in late November amended its earlier suits against the movie studios for antitrust injuries and contract interference to add allegations of unfair competition and interference with business opportunities, according to the magazine.
