Gene Halsey

With more than 25 years of expertise in the touch screen industry, Gene has worked closely with many of the industrial markets’ largest OEM’s to bring the intuitive multi-touch experience of today’s hottest consumer devices to the vertical markets.  Known for being a creative, forward-looking individual, Gene sees tremendous growth potential for multi-touch applications in 2020 and beyond.

Prior to TES, Gene spent more than 20 years with TPK Touch Solutions, Touch Revolution and Optera, Inc. in a variety of product management, sales and marketing roles, including serving as the director of marketing and sales for Optera Technology Xiamen, Inc., Optera’s former joint venture operation with TPK in Xiamen, China.  

He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Communications from Hope College in Holland, Michigan. Gene resides in Holland with his wife Laura and two daughters, Elizabeth and Amanda.
