Scan Modules RS 890 / 891

The Scan Modules RS 890 and RS 891 are used to capture data reliably and efficiently in Self-Service environments. Both models recognize the supplied documents automatically and start processing.   The RS 890 Module is equipped with one color-camera for capturing the document´s front side whereas the RS 891 scans front and rear side.   For the front side or for both sides the Scan Module can generate one color- or greyscale- image and a black/white- image.   In case of cheques with magnetic ink the optional MICR- reader recognizes the data (CMC7, E13B) and provides it along with the image data to the application program. Optionally the Scan Modules can also be equipped with an endorser and a frontside stamp. The complete scanner track within the Scan Modules can be accessed without tools.
