GuestComment acquired by Terillion

Online reputation management firm Terillion announced its acquisition of GuestComment, the onsite hotel and restaurant guest feedback platform that utilizes its own patent-pending iPad kiosk application.

GuestComment, founded in 2012, functions on the premise that unsatisfied guests are immediately addressed by management, reducing the amount of negative reviews given to the business. The platform will join Terillion's lineup of reputation management solutions, including Quickrate, CheckMD and CheckDDS.
