Installation and rollout services provider Rhombus Services spoke with Networld Alliance Executive Editor Joseph Grove at the New York Customer Engagement Technology World show about how the last year has positioned the company to better serve clients' needs.
Rhombus Executive Vice President Jeff Metzger talked about how the company's majority acquisition by a larger company has allowed it to leverage an added support capability help clients "reach that next step."
Since many companies have had to cut back on staff, Rhombus is able to leverage its increased IT support from its parent company to take on more of a project management role.
