Apple using its iPad 2 as kiosk

Retailers have been using iPads as a cheaper way to deploy kiosks, but it looks like Apple is doing the same thing in some of its retail stores.

I came across a couple YouTube videos demonstrating the iPad software   next to Apple products in retail locations.

Each iPad acts as a kiosk allowing customers to explore product features, make product comparisons and summon help from sales associates.

Is the "iPad kiosk" a good option for retailers? Leave your comments below.
