The UK's only dedicated self-service event, The Kiosk London Expo, enjoyed two days last week of intense action, that saw some of the United Kingdom's and Europe's premier buyers of self-service solutions and technology attend in droves.

Buyers came from far and wide to attend the exhibition from large retailers such as Tesco, Arcadia Group and IKEA right through to banking, transport and leisure sectors including Post Office, Lloyds Bank and BAA.
The event also hosted the EAFS (European Association For Self Service) Annual awards, honoring some of the industry's major players for Design, Innovation and Best e-Government Project. Winners included 10 Squared, FG Elektronik and Kiosk Innova.
The show took place Oct. 19-20 at London's Barbican Exhibition Centre, in the heart of the City where the first ATM in the world began dispensing cash in the 1960s.
We are thrilled with the response the event has received; all of our exhibitors were excited with the quality and quantity of their leads. In fact over 50 percent of the exhibitors have already re-booked their booths for next year.
Twitter was also buzzing with news and views from the event:
"Great Show in London, had a great few days and looking forward to next year already."
Evoke Kiosks -exhibitor
"We have had a great week, and the highlight has been exhibiting at Kiosk London."
Star Micronics -exhibitor
"Great Forum talks at Kiosk London, can't wait for next year!"
"Spent a fantastic 5 hours at Kiosk London, Why haven't we had this event before!"
Next year's event is Oct. 17-18 at London's Barbican Exhibition Centre and will include many more exhibitors, forum talks and other exciting events including the 2012 EAFS Awards.
