VANCOUVER, B.C. — Epic Data International, provider of manufacturing collaboration and visibility solutions, has introduced a a shop-floor kiosk that collects and delivers critical information to shop floor users via a 12-inch LCD touchscreen.
According to a news release, the MPT 9600 kiosk provides a forward migration path for existing customers and adds Epic Data’s manufacturing visibility solutions for manufacturers.
"The MPT 9600 will use our software solutions to support our customers' lean manufacturing, time and labor capture, job costing, and many other floor-level initiatives,” said Robert Nygren, CEO of Epic Data. “At the same time, the MPT 9600 provides a migration path to our customers with older versions of the kiosks."
