BOSTON — Enterpirse application specialist Bit9 has introduced a security solution for companies with kiosks and point-of-sale systems.
According to a news release,the Bit9 Parity for POS allows retailers with a POS system or kiosk to control and secure information, as well as help them comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard. Bit9 provides the ability to identify and run only approved software and devices, reducing the amount of IT support and maintenance needed.
