County jail kiosks to issue debit cards instead of checks

The Midland (Texas) Reporter-Telegram: Officials in Midland County, Texas, hope three kiosks will help them streamline financial services inside the county jail. The Commissioners' Court has approved a deal with EZ Card and KIOSK LLC, which will install the machines at the jail.
