Radinat Systems, a retail solutions seller with a strong focus on the hospitality vertical, is acquiring Orderman, an Austrian vendor of wireless handheld ordering and payment devices for the hospitality sector. The acquisition is part of Radiant’s larger strategy to expand globally.
