Meijer's new photo-finishing kiosk install completed

• 06 May 2008

The Grand Rapids (Mich.) Press: In 2007, Meijer Inc. became the first retailer in the United States to introduce Hewlett Packard's advanced Digital Photo Center Solution kiosks. The switch to the new technology at all of the chain's stores — more than 180 in the Midwest — was completed in April 2008. The new system gives consumers more options for personalizing their images, including converting them into posters, scrapbooks, calendars and slide shows with music.
