GRAFTON, Wis. — Frank Mayer & Associates Inc., which specializes in in-store merchandising and interactive kiosks, has completed its Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) compliance program. RoHS controls electronic imports into Europe and California. The same sort of green initiatives have begun spilling over into collateral display and kiosk activity in the United States.
According to a news release, Frank Mayer & Associates' RoHS system affects the design, engineering and production of RoHS-compliant displays and kiosks.
“Becoming RoHS-compliant was done in anticipation to meet the expanding green initiatives of our client’s, our marketplace and the world,” said Ed Abell, FMA’s senior vice president of creative operations.
