Asteres Inc., a provider of 24/7 automated pharmacy kiosks, announced today that it has received Authorization to Operate from the U.S. Air Force Medical Service. The kiosks are already in use in retail, hospital, and Veteran's Affairs and Department of Defense locations.

The ScriptCenter solution allows pharmacies to:

  • create remote pharmacy locations on base;
  • extend pharmacy hours;
  • improve the patient experience; and
  • maximize pharmacy efficiencies.

"We are honored to provide our service members, retirees and other beneficiaries a secure and convenient way to pick up their prescriptions while delivering a cost-effective and resource-efficient solution to our military bases," said Laird Broadfield, VP of research and development at Asteres.
