A new self-service partnership was announced today with the pairing of MZero, the software division of Meridian, and Software AG. The two companies said they will work together to transform the accessibility of self-service solutions.
The solution portfolio after the partnership includes process strategy, design, integration and control; SOA-based integration and data management; efficient management of big data; process-driven SAP implementation; and strategic process consulting and services.
Paul Burden, director of software strategy at MZero, said in the announcement that AG's expertise combined with MZero's self-service systems will provide clients with a total package solution, from front-end user experience to back office integration.
"Software AG will add tremendous value with their expertise in integration and business process excellence," said Chris Gilder, founder and CEO of Meridian. "MZero's enterprise self-service software and innovative market leadership will blend nicely with the Software AG product line."
