Self-service kiosks often are deployed to enhance convenience for the user, offering a streamlined electronic alternative to human interaction. But at the Customer Engagement Technology World show this past November in New York City, One Source Interactive showed off a machine that brings convenience to the deployer as well.
Attendees and exhibitors arriving at CETW in NYC's Javits Center were greeted by The Sojourn Series check-in kiosks provided by One Source Interactive. One Source President Edward Crowley explained that the lightweight and modular design of the kiosk made it ideal for a traveling kiosk exhibit. Additional options for the kiosk include thermal printers, barcode scanners and RFID readers, along with multiple color, finish and branding choices.
"These kiosks were designed very modular. They are all aluminum based, there are five different versions, and they go together with no tools," Crowley said. "They literally set up in 15 or 20 minutes and come with a reusable shipping container. They have over 50 options, graphics, branding, backlights, single or dual screen, everything you can imagine you would need for a permanent or temporary install, the Sojourn Series does it."
