CyberTouch has launched a new addition to its line of single touchscreen LCD monitors, the Titan Touch Kiosk. Available now, the Titan line of outdoor integrated touchscreen monitors is designed to be mounted in either landscape or portrait format and comes in a variety of sizes up to 103 inches, according to a company press release.
Made of durable aluminum, Titan is rated for temperatures from – 40 to120 degrees F and can stand up to rain, ice and heat. Its applications were designed for outdoor wayfinding, point of sale, digital signage, entertainment venues, hospitality and any outdoor touch application solutions.
Incorporating reliable and durable eight-wire resistive technology, the use-surface is protected by a tamper-proof, multilayer safety glass designed to respond to fingers, gloved hands or die-electric styli. It uses resistive touchscreen technology and communicates with a Mac or PC directly via USB or serial port and it supports Windows, MAC and Linux operating Systems.
Titan is compatible with most AV hardware and is plug-and-play with Crestron, Extron, AMX and Boeckeler Pointmaker. A temperature-regulated heat/cool device maintains the internal temperature, assuring safe operation of the monitor, according to the release.
